PROF. CHIDI R. ONYIA

Prof. Onyia is the Chairman of OrgLearning Consult, owners and administrators of Juilliard Academy, Berkley Science Magnet School and Drew Philips Tech Magnet Academy. He holds a Bachelors' Degree in Biological Sciences, a Masters' Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, an MBA in International Business (USA), and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership.
He was an adjunct Professor at the graduate schools at California State University, Dominguez Hills, and National University, Costa Mesa, California. He was also a visiting scholar at Peabody College, Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and is the President of TOL Consult, USA.
He is the founding Partner and President of Centre for Education Reform and Sustainability Initiative (CERSI) and the California Association of Nigerian Educators (CANE). Prof. Onyia serves on the Governing Council of Chrisland University, Abeokuta, Nigeria. He is the Senior Infrastructure Advisor with PDF II (a DFID Funded Program) to the Office of the Vice President and Federal Minister of Power, Works and Housing. He is also the Senior Advisor to the Executive Director, Globethics.net, Geneva, Switzerland.
Prof. Onyia is a certified educational consultant, researcher, presenter, and author.

DR. MARIA R. ONYIA

Mrs. Maria Rapheal Onyia is an award-winning teacher trainer, and the Group Managing Director of OrgLearning Consult (owners and administrators of Berkley Science Magnet School, Juilliard Academy and Drew-Philips Tech Magnet Academy).
She holds a California Teaching Credential in General Education, a Specialist Credential in Special Education, a Master’s Degree in Education from National University, Costa Mesa and a Specialized Reading Credential from the State of California. She holds a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Administration and Teacher Leadership from Walden University, and is a Walden Scholar of Positive Social Change.
She is a founding member of the California Association of Nigerian Educators and the Vice-President of TOL Consult USA. She is a member of the Association of School Administrators, and consults for schools in Nigeria. She worked in Triumph Merchant Bank, Diamond Bank PLC, Inglewood Unified School District, Los Angeles Unified School District, and Lynwood Unified School District before returning to Nigeria to establish schools and train teachers.
Her areas of expertise include: Teaching, Recruiting, Public Speaking, School Establishment and Management, School Reforms, Curriculum Design, Training, Leadership, Customer Service, Staff Development, Strategic Planning, Instructional Design and Special Education.
She was recently named the 2017 Walden Scholar of Positive Social Change by her alma mater, Walden University.

Samson Osagiede is a highly-trained and motivated teacher with over eight (8) years of teaching experience within and outside the classroom. He is versed with the modern teaching methods that accommodate differentiated instructions. His years of cognate experience as the Director of Studies in the teaching profession has imbued him with first-class knowledge of curriculum design.
Armed with the instrumentality of both curricular and extracurricular activities, he provides waterproof solutions to timetabling drafting with a robust blend of the Nigerian and international skills. Transiting from the Principal to the Director of Programs has blessed him with a panoramic knowledge of the educational sphere, with a view to transforming any citadel of knowledge to a cynosure of all eyes.
